The confidential information you are about to enter is required to initiate your first SCORE Counseling Session.

The more specific you can be about the type of business and the nature of the advice you are seeking the better.  A counselor will be contacting you in a few business days to arrange your initial session.

Your first counseling session can be at our office or at another  place to be jointly determined by you and your counselor.  

Again, when filling out the request form - even if you specify the nature of counseling you are seeking, PLEASE indicate the type of business in the following text box.  That will help us when we assign a counselor!
