We currently offer two different workshop series.  Here is some guidance on which series should be most appropriate for your own situation:

QuickSTART

If you are not in business now but you want to start a new business, SCORE recommends that you attend our QuickSTART Workshop series.  These five workshops are offered frequently and provide you help from SCORE to organize and get ready to start your new business. You will learn what to do, why you do it, when to do it and how to do it. 

After you attend Workshop 2, you will be assigned a SCORE mentor who will mentor you for FREE as you go through the remaining workshops and then maintain an ongoing FREE mentoring relationship as you successfully start and grow your new business. By attending the workshop series, you will benefit from more rapid learning by combining the workshops with FREE mentoring.

TRADITIONAL

If you already own and operate a business, or have a specific problem / question that requires assistance, or currently have a SCORE counselor/mentor one of our traditional local courses may be a good fit.

COMPARISON

Perhaps you are currently assigned to a SCORE mentor/counselor, or have already taken some of our traditional courses.  It may be helpful for you to discuss whether to continue on with the traditional courses, or move to the QuickSTART series.  We have developed a comparison chart which may be helpful in assessing your own situation.
